All of our units are brand new and are covered under the manufacturers factory warranty which begins when you install the unit at your customers premises. We vigorously check that all our products are in excellent condition before you pick them up from our warehouse. Due to the generous discounts being given, all units are sold "As Is" and all sales are final. Duke Distributing assumes no responsibility regarding any warranty issues arrising from the sale, delivery or installation of these products. Prices listed do not include applicable sales tax and all sales are final. Payment terms are COD and must be paid by either cash, bank wire transfer, check or money order. Credit cards are not currently being accepted. Delivery terms are srictly FOB.
