How It Works
To become a Duke Distributing customer, you must first request an account from us. Once approved, you will be provided a login to search our inventory, select the items you would like to purchase and arrange for pickup.
If you are eligable for sales tax exemption please fax your Sales Tax Exemption form to 210-298-9150 so we can update your account accordingly.
We require that payments be made by cash, bank wire transfer, check or money order. Credit cards are not being accepted at this time. Payment by check will require a 5 day waiting period to allow time for the check to clear. When your payment is made anything other than cash, items can not be picked up until payment has been confirmed by our accounting department.
Once you have selected the equipment you want to purchase and payment has been made, you can pickup your items at our warehouse. You can also arrange for a delivery service to pick up your equipment on your behalf if you provide us with a signed authorization form.
If payment will be made by bank wire transfer, please call our accounting department to ensure that payment has been received before coming to pick up your equipment.
Please also call our loading dock to schedule a time to pick up your equipment so it is ready when you arrive.

Duke Distributing is dedicated to provide a quality product at an unbeatable price. All of our units are brand new and are covered under the manufacturer's factory warranty which begins when you install the unit at your customer's premises. We vigorously check that all our products are in excellent condition before you pick them up from our warehouse. Due to the generous discounts being given, all units are sold "As Is" and all sales are final.
Duke Distributing assumes no responsibility regarding any warranty issues arising from the sale, delivery or installation of these products. Prices listed do not include applicable sales tax and all sales are final. Payment terms are COD and must be paid by cash, bank wire transfer, check or money order. Credit cards are not currently being accepted. Delivery terms are strictly FOB.
